hereJoin us on 20th February at Mark Hix’s Bar Bankside for an evening of Ramsbury cocktails and delicious food to match. From 6.30pm – 8pm, you’ll be treated to a selection of mini-dishes using meat, game, honey and rapeseed oil from our estate , paired to 4 Ramsbury gin and vodka cocktails.
Whether your were doing Dry January or not, I think we can all agree that it's been a rather long month. But we've made it and to celebrate we’re delighted to announce the Ramsbury Cocktail and Food Pairing evening at Mark Hix's Bar Bankside.

In the summer, Mark visited us for a tour of our estate and a day of fishing and cooking by the River Kennet. A late lunch of fresh crayfish was enjoyed, as well as a tasting session of our Single Estate spirits and a selection of our beers . From this, we've been working with Mark Hix and his team who have a real passion for collaborating with producers such as ourselves and are delighted to join him at Mark's Bar Bankside on 20th February. Promising to be a relaxed, yet fun evening in a beautiful London spot, the evening will comprise of mini-dishes using meat, game, honey and rapeseed oil all from the Ramsbury Estate. These dishes have been developed to perfectly pair with our 4 cocktails using either our Single Estate gin or vodka. From 6.30pm - 8pm it will be exclusively for tickets only, then later on in the evening there will be a DJ and plenty more Ramsbury cocktails to try.
